What if the product damaged on the way of delivery ?

PEKIA™ includes shipping insurance with every purchase. If your product is damaged during delivery, we will exchange it for a brand new one at no additional cost.

Do you ship it assembled ?

When the product arrives, it is not assembled. However, the assembly process is very simple. The main wooden pins are inserted into fixed positions, and then the boards are linked together. The assembly is easy and straightforward, even for beginners.
